Last updated on May 11, 2026 by Lusine Sargsyan

## Goal

## Common problems and solutions

**How can I message attendees for a large event with hundreds of people?**
For larger events, you can use a LinkedIn automation tool (such as Phantom Buster) to send bulk messages automatically using personalized variables like name, job title, or company name.

**What is the recommended daily limit for automated messaging?**
To stay within safe limits and avoid account restriction, you should set your automation tool to a maximum of 20 messages per day.

**How can I make my LinkedIn event follow-up messages more effective?**
You can use webinar engagement data, such as CTA clicks, poll answers, chat engagement, and Q&A participation, to personalize your follow-ups. If you use this data, your outreach won't be a "cold" follow-up.
