Frequently asked questions
How often are payouts made?
You will automatically get paid on the 15th of each month. It may take a few days to process the payment, so please give it 3-5 days to see your commission hit your account.
We pay out affiliate commissions in EUR directly to your Paypal account. Therefore, in order to receive a payout for your referrals, you must have an active PayPal account.
The commissions are recurring. You'll keep getting paid as long as the person you refer remains subscribed to Contrast.
Referrals cannot be generated on your own purchases (this includes using a different email address).
How can I track referred signups?
You can log into your affiliate account to track your referrals. As long as you’ve used your unique referral URL correctly, the data you see in your dashboard will be accurate.
* It may happen that the tracking cookie fails because of ad-blockers. If you believe this may have happened to a referral, please reach out to us directly.
Who can join as a partner?
Anyone who wants to promote Contrast. Most often, we see HubSpot Solutions partners, agencies or Contrast fans join the partner program.
Currently we can only accept legal entities, as we cannot process payments to individuals.
Can I refer customers retroactively?
Unfortunately, we can't accept referrals retroactively. We can only accept referrals brought in after the launch of the partner program.
Do I need to bring a minimum number of customers?
No, you'll get commission from the very first customer.
Is there a minimum fee?
No, you'll get commission regardless of the fee amount.
