How to remove the HubSpot app

Removing or uninstalling Contrast from your HubSpot integration

In order to stop using Contrast with your HubSpot CRM, you need to uninstall the HubSpot App on Contrast.

To do that, log in to Contrast and go to the Settings page:

Open the HubSpot card by clicking on the arrow button (Contrast should be marked as Connected), then click on Disconnect:

You can also uninstall Contrast from your HubSpot account. Go to your Settings, then Integrations > Connected Apps. Find Contrast webinars in the list. Under the Actions menu on the right, click on Uninstall:

Uninstalling the app will:

• Remove any OAuth tokens stored on Contrast and prevent any further contact synchronization to happen
• Disable any new contact creation or update from Contrast to your HubSpot instance
• Disable any new registration from your workflows to Contrast
• Disable any new timeline event

💡 Custom properties and activity are not deleted, as they could still be used in Lists or Workflows. When they are no longer used, you can delete them yourself from the Contact Properties Management panel on HubSpot.
