Contrast Engagement Timeline brings together all of a contact's webinar engagement data in a single view on HubSpot:

- Check a contact's webinar registration
- See how much % of the webinar they watched
- View their poll answers
- View their chat messages
- View their CTA clicks
- View their marked questions

## How to start using Engagement Timeline

You need to manually add the Engagement Timeline as a card to your HubSpot view. [Learn how](https://app.getcontrast.io/videos/82f4dc95-25d7-4506-b05b-461c06770239) to do it by watching this video.

Once you've added the card, it will be available for all contacts in HubSpot. Please keep in mind when a contact hasn't registered to any of your webinars, this list will remain empty.

## Data from past events

Today we don't support chat data from past events. That means chat messages will only be added for future events.
