Create dynamic lists of your registrants on HubSpot

With 1-Click lists you can easily create dynamic lists on HubSpot from Contrast.
Select list of registrants
Go the the registrants you want to create a list of. To do this, click on an event or replay. Now click on the registrations tab.
Create segments of registrants on HubSpot
Click on the Create lists button with the HubSpot logo in there. Now select the lists you want to create on HubSpot.
- Registration contains all people that registered
- No-shows contains all people who did not turn up to the live webinar
- Live viewers contains only people that viewed >1% of the webinar live
- Replay viewers contains only people that viewed >1% of the webinar on replay
- All viewers contains all live and replay viewers
Create segments on engagement on HubSpot
You can also create segments based on engagement using the same feature:
- CTA clicks
- Poll answers
- Q&A messages
This will create segments on HubSpot for people who have used any of these engagement features. You can also create these lists from the individual tabs for CTAs, Polls and Q&A.
ℹ️ You should know:
- All lists are dynamic. That means they are automatically updated with new registrations.
- Filters selected on Contrast don't apply to the list you'll see in HubSpot.
- Registration data automatically contains all other Contrast properties
